TradeClaris is a tool for personal journaling and analysis. You agree to use it responsibly and not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.
High Risk Investment Warning

You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that TradeClaris assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

The content, analytics, and insights provided by TradeClaris are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. User Conduct
You agree to not use the Service to:
- Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TradeClaris and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
